A priceless nugget
On the nose, this cognac reveals aromas of wood, notes of vanilla and white nougat which are nuanced with finesse to reveal a finish with delicate flavors of orange peel zest. The attack on the palate is frank, full of powerful but subtle aromas, dominated initially by dried fruits. Then the final note becomes clearer, to explode without restraint on a concentrate of walnuts and pistachio. An initiated cognac, this eau-de-vie hypnotizes us with its seductive amber color, with the charm of its simply dazzling aromas, ultimately leaving us speechless in front of the trappings of a priceless nugget.
Borderies
No more than six Charentais wines are authorized to use the Cognac appellation. Borderies is one of them: the most confidential in terms of its surface area and also the rarest in terms of its discreet output. Borderies eaux-de-vie are distinguished by the sensory combination of extreme finesse on the nose, with aromatic power on the palate; a remarkable alliance which gives them a very strong personality.
